An original team member, Henry joined Leading Edge Investment Advisors in July of 2005. As a member of the investment team, he is involved in manager interviews, evaluation of investment strategies and processes, fund allocations, fund and client reporting, performance attribution and risk controls. Henry is a member of the Investment Committee.

Henry spent six years as a senior research analyst with Progress Investment Management Company. He was responsible for quantitative analysis, manager monitoring, performance measurement and evaluation, portfolio analytics, risk analysis, and special research projects. Henry was also a member of the Investment Committee, where he oversaw two research analysts.

Henry began his investment career at Callan Associates as an investment analyst, where he was responsible for style analysis, conducted asset allocation studies, asset/liability studies, performance measurement studies and evaluation. He also trained junior analysts.

Henry earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics/Computer Science from Gonzaga University in Spokane, Washington.
