Experience
The LEIA team is unique, with over 20+ years of experience managing fund of funds portfolios and working directly with emerging managers. With aggregate market experience of 150 years, each of our team members are experts in the various disciplines of running a fund of funds, ranging from investment research, investment operations, portfolio management, compliance, client services, administration and business planning/development.

CLAYTON C. JUE, CFA
President and Chief Executive Officer

  • 24 years of institutional financial experience
  • Northern Trust Global Advisors, Executive Vice President, Managing Director of the Emerging and Minority-Owned Manager Practice, a member of the Northern Trust Investment Committee, and Hedge Fund Investment Committee. Under his stewardship, Northern Trust’s Emerging and Minority-Owned Manager Practice grew from $1.5 billion to $3 billion in assets in three years
  • Progress Investment Management Company, Co-Founder and Chief Investment Officer. During his 12-year tenure, he developed multiple manager programs across a variety of product categories, including domestic and international equity, fixed income, private equity, and a fund of hedge funds. During his tenure, assets under management grew from $45 million to $4.5 billion

CHRIS W. FONG, CFA
Executive Director

SUSAN M. WILLIAMSEN
Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer

Managed all aspects of investment operations, including investment accounting, performance calculation, rebalancing implementation, transition management, and sub-manager contracts and compliance.
